Every Sunday from 3p-4p in August “Nikko” the Albino Burmese Python will be out and on display for anyone that wants to see, touch, hold, or play with him are more than welcome to stop by and say hello. Nikko has done many local events here in Paulding as well as appearances at some of the local schools. He’s 8 years old, 10 feet long, and weights about 85-90lbs. Many people have a natural fear of snake or reptiles we want to help break that fear to show others that not all good snakes are dead snake. Snakes in the wild serve a very important role in the ecosystem keeping down populations of other unwanted pests. We will also show photos of venomous snakes in the area for those who have no clue what one may look like. This will better help spread the knowledge on how to identify what you may come across in your back year living here in Paulding.
