Scott collided with a car carrying four teens. Dillon Wall was attempting a left turn at the intersection at about 11:30 p.m. when Scott struck them.

Scott was fired after investigators determined he had been speeding at the time of the crash, even though he was off duty, the station reported.
He didn't have his blue lights or siren on.
WXIA reports that families of the teens were angry earlier this year when a grand jury declined to indict Scott on charges of vehicular homicide and violating his oath of office.
District Attorney Pete Skandalakis brought the case back before a grand jury on Thursday.
Scott is currently a city councilman in the city of Buchanan, in Haralson County. He did not respond to the station's request for comment.
