Shannon Colleen Dlhosh: The 42-year-old Powder Springs resident died Tuesday, Oct. 18. Funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 21, at 11 a.m. at McEachern Methodist Church. Interment will follow Saturday, Oct. 22, at Richfield Cemetery in North Carolina. The family will receive visitors Thursday, Oct. 20, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Bellamy Funeral Homes Powder Springs.

Pete Baxter: May 5, 1923 - Oct. 18, 2011. Funeral services for the Rockmart resident will be held Friday, Oct. 21, at 2 p.m. at Benson Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Tracy Jarvis will officiate. Interment will follow at Zion Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday, Oct. 20, from 5 to 9 p.m.

James Emory Crowe: April 18, 1931 - Oct. 18, 2011. Memorial services for the resident of Henegar, Ala., will be Friday, Oct. 21, at 11 a.m. at Benson Funeral Home. John Henderson and Jay Henderson will officiate. Visitation will be held Friday, Oct. 21, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Benson Funeral Home.

Jonathan Ryan Lackey: April 28, 1981 - Oct. 17, 2011. Memorial Services for the Hiram resident will be Thursday, Oct. 20, at 4 p.m. at Benson Funeral Home. The Rev. J.R. Lee will officiate. Visitation will be Thursday from 3 to 4 p.m.

Alyce E. Sprunk: July 29, 1918 - Oct. 17, 2011. No arrangements have been announced.

Bruce Edward Estes: Aug. 15, 1952 - Oct. 17, 2011. Funeral services will be Thursday, Oct. 20, at 11 a.m. from Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, with Pastor Arthur McCarver and Pastor Klenneth Montgomery officiating. The body will lie-in-state at the church from 10 a.m. until the service time. Interment will follow at 2 p.m. from the Georgia National Cemetery in Canton with military honors. The family will receive friends at Clark Funeral Home on Wednesday, Oct. 19, from 7 to 8 p.m.

Alma Jo Ferguson: Oct. 13, 1926 - Oct. 18, 2011. Funeral services will be Friday, Oct. 21, at 11 a.m. from Clark Funeral Home, with Pastor Tommy Paine officiating. Interment will follow in Powder Springs Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, Oct. 20, from 4 to 8 p.m.

Kembile A. Barnes: March 15, 1944 - Oct. 17, 2011. Memorial services will be conducted Thursday, Oct. 20, at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home, with the Rev. Todd Chatham officiating. Music will be provided by grandson Denver Myers and Sarah Bell. The family will receive friends Wednesday, Oct. 19, from 6 to 9 p.m.; Thursday, Oct. 20, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.; and Friday, Oct. 21, from 9 a.m. until the time of service.
