Healthcare Career Expo Set For Thursday at CTC Paulding

About 250 high school students are expected for the fair, to learn about jobs in the health field.

DALLAS, GA — If a high school student you know is interested in a career in the health field, a job fair Thursday at Chattahoochee Technical College's Paulding campus may be for them.

The Paulding Chamber of Commerce's economic development committee will host a Health Career Expo at the school, located at 400 Nathan Dean Blvd. in Dallas.

The event will bring about 250 high school students to campus — about 50 from each of Paulding's high schools — to learn about various careers and topics in the health industry.

"This is such a great event for high schoolers to become exposed to the growing number of healthcare careers inside or just outside their own back yard,"said Missy Cusack, CTC's executive director of admissions and records.

Students will be on campus from about 9:30 a.m.-1 p.m.
