Public Hearing
- The City of Hiram, Georgia will hold a Public Hearing for the 2014 Millage Rate Rollback.

- To consider adoption of Resolution 2014-05 to approve the FY15 Millage Rate and to rollback the rate to 0.0%.
- To consider approval of the Fox Environmental Proposal to provide Technical Support Services to facilitate compliance with GA EPD Stormwater Phase II Permit Requirements for 2014-2015 for an amount not to exceed $28,875.00. This Contract Fee will be paid with General Funds.
- To consider adoption of Resolution 2014-06 to appoint an Open Records Officer and Assistant Open Records Officers.
- To consider approval of the B.W. West Georgia Fence Company proposal to provide Chain Link Fence and Gate for 83 Duncan Circle in the amount of $5,284.00. This Contract Fee will be paid with SPLOST funds.
- To consider approval of moving the December 2, 2014 Regular Session City Council Meeting to December 9, 2014. Meeting location will be at The Events Place, 855 Hiram- Douglasville Hwy and the meeting will begin at 7:00pm.
- To consider approval of a Bronze Sponsorship of $500.00 and a Sign Sponsorship for $100.00 for the Pumpkin, Putts and Paulding Golf Tournament on October 29, 2014. This sponsorship will be paid from the General Fund, Legislative Special Events account line.
