Hiram LongHorn Steakhouse Partner Honored for Community Involvement

Jason Kolacz received the restaurant chain's "Community Spirit" Award.

Jason Kolacz, Managing Partner of the LongHorn Steakhouse in Hiram, Ga., has been presented with the company’s “Community Spirit Award” for providing support to needy families and regularly volunteering at the local Boys and Girls Club.

In addition to regular participation in community events and volunteer work, Kolacz’s restaurant also supports Helping Hands through the Harvest program, where wholesome, unused food is donated to local non-profit organizations by LongHorn Steakhouse.

Through Harvest, Helping Hands receives nutritious food from the restaurant, such as fish, meat and vegetables on a weekly basis.

“Jason and his team live our core values, specifically focusing on positively contributing to the community - which is evident in his commitment to local families and the Boys and Girls Club,” said John Alexander, Regional Vice President of LongHorn Steakhouse, in a press release. “He is committed to positively impacting and influencing the communities in which he serves, helping make the Hiram community stronger by giving back.”
