Lane on Cadillac Parkway To Shut Down For Construction
Construction crews will be building a right-turn lane from Cadillac Parkway onto U.S. 278 in Paulding County.

DALLAS, GA — A portion of Cadillac Parkway in Paulding County will be shut down daily starting Thursday due to construction.
The Georgia Department of Transportation is alerting motorists to the closure, which will be at Cadillac Parkway and U.S. 278.
The northbound lane of Cadillac Parkway will be closed and flagging will be used to direct traffic onto the southbound lane while construction crews work to build a right-turn lane going from the parkway to U.S. 278.

The lane will be closed from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. daily. Work is expected to continue for two weeks, through Thursday, September 29.
"Construction work at this location is likely to result in delays," the DOT said in a news release. "Motorists who travel in the area are advised to pay close attention to the flagmen and proceed with caution through this area. Workers and heavy equipment will be in close proximity to the roadway."
