Leather-Beret-Wearing Person Sought For Cashing Stolen Check
The Paulding Sheriff's Office needs the public's help to identify a person who cashed a stolen check from a Paulding resident's mailbox.

PAULDING COUNTY, GA — The Paulding County Sheriff's Office needs the public's help to identify a person, who, they say, cashed a stolen check from a Paulding County resident's mailbox.
According to the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office, the person, captured by a security camera, fraudulently cashed a check in Decatur. A check that was stolen out of the mailbox of a Paulding County resident.
The suspect may be driving a newer model white Dodge Durango, according to the Sheriff's Office.

The transaction, captured by security camera, took place Feb. 28.
