DALLAS, GA — A Paulding County <a href="https://patch.com/georgia/dallas-hiram/authorities-seeking-help-find-missing-teen" target="_blank">teen reported missing on Friday</a> is safe with family, sheriff's deputies say.  An E-911 alert was issued Friday for Aranisha Brown, 16, who was last seen at her home on Jade Lane, in Dallas, at about 10 a.m.    On Monday, Paulding County Sheriff's Office spokesman Sgt. Ashley Henson said Brown was located at her mother's home in Texas.    "This was more of a custody issue and not a missing person," Henson said.    The E-911 alert had called Brown's case "extreme," saying that an "extraordinary threat to life or property" was feared.    She left home on foot Friday and was seen carrying a purple suitcase.
