Just prior to his trial Nicholas Brian Odell, 27, on June 8, agreed to non-negotiated plea where he pled guilty to three counts of Child Molestation. When he was arrested in 2015 the original charges included aggravated child molestation but were reduced in lieu of a plea agreement with prosecutors.

In 2015, Odell was investigated by the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children Division and was charged as a result of incidents that occurred in 2013. At the time of the incidents, Odell was 22 years old and the victim was 12 years old.
