Paulding County Man Receives 18 Years For Child Molestation
According to officials, the man convicted of the charges, Dustin Dodd, was a relative of the young victims.

PAULDING COUNTY, GA—A judge recently sentenced a Paulding County man to 18 years in prison after investigators say he molested two 13-year-old children in 2017. According to the Paulding County District Attorney's Office, Dustin Dodd entered a negotiated plea to four counts of child molestation.
The charges stem from incidents occurring in the spring of 2017. The victims reported abuse to a family member who contacted the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office. Dodd was a relative of the victims, the DA's office said.
Superior Court Judge Dean Bucci sentenced Dodd to 60 years, with 18 to serve. Upon release, Dodd will serve probation with sex offender special conditions. He will be prohibited from contact of any kind with minors under the age of 18 as well as with the victims, officials said.
