Paulding Deputies Round Up Donkeys

The animals got loose after trees were knocked down in last week's storms, their owner said.

DALLAS, GA — Paulding County deputies found themselves rounding up some unlikely escapees over the weekend.

In a post Monday on Facebook, the Paulding County Sheriff's Office shared photographs of a pair of donkeys that had gotten away from their owners.

In a comment on the post, the donkey's owner said she was out of town over the weekend and that trees downed by last week's storms created a way for the donkeys to get loose.
