🌱 Paulding Has Lowest Average GA Gas Prices + Trailblazers Baseball

Here are the top five stories in Dallas-Hiram today:
- As of Monday, Paulding County's gas prices averaged $4.22 per gallon — the lowest county average in Georgia, despite statewide climbs over the last week. Gas prices across the state have risen by 16 cents from last week and 47 cents from last month to a current average of $4.27 per gallon, according to GasBuddy. Thanks to Governor Kemp's extension of the gas tax suspension through Jul. 14, Georgia drivers are saving 29 cents per gallon of gas for now. (Patch)

The Paulding County Parks, Recreation & Cultural Affairs Department is proud to share Trailblazers, an inclusive sports program that allows all ability levels to participate in a season of baseball or soccer. - LFB Ventures has loaned developer Amir Peleg nearly $37 million for a planned two-phased Weatherstone development right here in Dallas at 6327 Monroe Cole Road. The development will include more than 1,500 multifamily units, 650 single-family homes, and 200 townhouses, and many have already been sold to a single-family residential fund (SFRF) and individual investors. According to Commercial Observer, the financing deal enables the current land value of the property to be contributed as equity to the transaction. (Commercial Observer)
