Paulding Man Sentenced In Sexual Abuse Of Girl, 6
Paulding County prosecutors say the 6-year-old girl, who reported the sexual assault to a guardian, testified at the man's jury trial.
DALLAS, GA — A 42-year-old Hiram man has been sentenced to life in prison in connection with the sexual abuse of a 6-year-old girl, the Paulding County District Attorney's Office said Tuesday.
Paulding County Superior Court Judge T. David on Tuesday handed down the sentencing for Javier Emmanuel Sable, who was convicted of aggravated child molestation and child molestation on Jan. 9 after a four-day trial, prosecutors said.
Sable's conviction came after the Paulding County Sheriff’s Office began investigating him on Aug. 8, 2024. Prosecutors said the girl reported the sexual assault to a guardian.
