Paulding Road Closed Due To Gas Leak
BREAKING: A patch of Ga. 92 has been shut down after a construction crew hit a gas line, the sheriff's office said.

DALLAS, GA — Part of Ga. 92 in Paulding County was shut down Thursday afternoon due to a gas leak.
Construction crews hit a gas line in the area of the highway and the south entrance of Hardy Circle, according to the Paulding County Sheriff's Office.
Because of the gas leak, emergency workers cleared the area and shut down Ga. 92 from Ga. 120 East/Charles Hardy Parkway all the way to East Paulding Drive.

Anyone needed to travel through the area should make alternate planes until crews can get the line prepared, the sheriff's office said.
It was unclear how long it would take crews to fix the gas leak. The sheriff's office posted about the situation shortly after noon.
