Rebecca Curl, 15, and James Bentley, 15, were last seen leaving Hiram High School. The sheriff’s office says the teens had been in contact with their parents up until Wednesday, but no one has heard from them since.
“At this point, we do not have a clothing description, vehicle description, or a general area where we think they may be,” sheriff’s office spokesman Cpl. Ashley Henson said Friday morning. “It is also unclear whether or not the teens are in danger, but detectives believe that the teens may be in the company of Bentley’s biological mother Nicole Bentley Spiaggi.”

Henson said Spiaggi does not have custody of Bentley and is wanted by authorities in Cobb County for parole violation. Preliminary indications lead detectives to believe the teens left on their own free will.
