The school district told WSB-TV it was going to make some changes this week after leaders saw the photos.
The TV station was contacted by parent Miranda Coon, who shared the photos showing kids sitting in the aisle of her son’s bus. She expressed concern over safety, especially in the event of an accident or other emergency.

Such buses have a capacity for 72 students, based on three students per seat, the district told Channel 2. The school spokesperson told the station that the district will make adjustments if a bus reaches capacity. “At no time should students be sitting in the aisle or standing on the bus,” the spokesperson said.
