Report: SWAT Response Nearby Prompted Lockdown at 2 Paulding Schools
The precautionary lockdown was lifted around 10:30 a.m.

Two Paulding County schools were reportedly locked down for a period of time Wednesday morning due to a SWAT-related incident nearby, according to media reports.
Dobbins Middle and Baggett Elementary were on lockdown until around 10:30 a.m., the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.
The paper reported that Paulding County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Cpl. Ashley Henson told WSB-TV that SWAT officers responded to a residence on Haley Court after a man threatened suicide, then was seen with a gun on him when he dropped his child off at school.
