Rock Throwers Smash Car Windshields In Paulding

The sheriff's office is trying to find whoever smashed two drivers' windows Thursday morning.

DALLAS, GA — Paulding County authorities are trying to track down the person, or people, who threw rocks at two vehicles Thursday morning, smashing their windshields.

Between 6:30-7:20 a.m. Thursday, two different vehicles had rocks thrown at their windshields, according to the Paulding County Sheriff's Office. Both were traveling south on Villa Rica Highway (Ga. 61) near Mustang Drive when the rocks hit them.

One of the drivers was cut by flying glass, but the injury was not serious, the sheriff's office said.

Anyone who saw someone suspicious in the area, or has other information about the crimes, is asked to contact the sheriff's office criminal investigations division at 770-443-3015.
