Where To Recycle Your Christmas Tree In Hiram

Wondering what to do with your Christmas Tree after the holidays? We know where you can drop your tree off for recycling in Hiram.

HIRAM, GA – Bring One for the Chipper is a 27-year-old Georgia tradition involving hundreds of Georgia communities and thousands of volunteers. Since its inception, the program has recycled an estimated six million Christmas trees. The mulch from these trees has been used for playgrounds, local government beautification projects and individual yards. You can support the Chipper program by bringing your cut Christmas tree to a designated drop off site or volunteering with your local coordinator to collect trees.

The only location listed on Bring One for the Chipper in Paulding County is the Hiram Home Depot, located in the Hiram Pavilion at 145 Depot Dr., Hiram.

Bring One for the Chipper is Georgia's annual Christmas tree recycling program. Each year, Keep Georgia Beautiful works with private sponsors to organize the recycling event. These statewide sponsors included The Home Depot, The Davey Tree Expert Company, Georgia Forestry Commission and WXIA-TV. Numerous local sponsors and volunteers also make contributions and provide in-kind services across the state.
