After Password Thefts in Russia, DCSO Says It's Time to Change Yours
1.2 billion Internet passwords were stolen by a Russian crime ring, according to reports.

In the aftermath of what has been called the “largest known theft of confidential Internet information,” the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office posted the following on its Facebook page:
“If you haven’t changed your passwords in the last few months, now would be a good time to do so.”
According to media reports, 1.2 billion username/password combinations and more than 500 million email addresses were stolen by a cyber gang based in Russia.
