The 11 year old should be no stranger to the kitchen when it comes her time to compete on the reality show. She has her own food blog, called "Oh Grate!" on which she writes both about cooking and restaurants she visits.

On the blog, Rose says her favorite styles of food are Italian and most sweets.

On "Chopped Junior," which is hosted by celebrity chef Ted Allen, four adolescent cooks compete against each other for a chance to win $10,000.

It is based on the adult version, "Chopped," but on "Chopped Junior," contestants must be between 9-15 years old.

According to the show's website, Rose's episode will feature a breakfast challenge.

The four young cooks will be seeking to impress judges Cliff Crooks, Bethenny Frankel and Geoffrey Zakarian. In the first round "French toast and cereal are remixed," according to the website.

Then, the kids will compete to make perfect eggs against the clock in the entree round.

The two finalists in the dessert round get to work with an extravagant breakfast-themed cake and a grown-up breakfast beverage.

Rose and her mother went to New York in October to film the episode. Since then, they've been sworn to secrecy about the outcome of her episode.
