Men Arrested For Drug Dealing In Douglasville
One man had marijuana, Xanax and other drugs, as well as a safe with $17,000 in cash, at his home, the Douglas County Sheriff's Office said.

DOUGLASVILLE, GA — Three men were arrested in two separate cases recently for dealing drugs and other drug-related offenses in Douglasville.
In the first case, investigators with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office began an investigation in July after a citizen complained about drug activity in Douglasville. According to the sheriff's office, Patrick Oakley, of Douglasville, was reported to be selling Xanax pills and marijuana that was delivered to him through the mail.
As part of the investigation, agents were able to buy both Xanax and marijuana from Patrick on two occasions, the sheriff's office said.

Agents working with the U.S. Postal Service also were able to intercept packages scheduled to be delivered to Oakley's Douglasville home. Those packages contained an estimated 262 Xanax pills and blister packs containing Tramadol, a commonly abused pain reliever, agents said.
On Sept. 28, agents served arrest warrants at Oakley's home. There, they say they discovered about five grams of marijuana in plain view on a desk. Pipes with marijuana residue and rolling papers also were found, deputies say.

In Oakley's bedroom, the sheriff's office says, agents found about 23 more grams of marijuana, 180 Xanax pills, 11 tablets of MDMA, or ecstasy, and numerous e-cigarette cartridges containing THC oil. Agents also reportedly found a safe containing about $17,000 in cash.
In a postal box at the home, agents say they found more e-cigarette cartridges containing THC oil and blister packs containing seven Tramadol and 25 Tapentadol Hydrochloride tablets. Tapentadol is a narcotic pain reliever.
Another resident of the address, Chandler Davis, was charged with misdemeanor marijuana possession and possession of drug-related objects.
Oakley was charged with felonies including criminal attempt to posses Alprazolam and Tramadol, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession with intent of Xanax, possession of Tramadol, possession with intent of MDMA (ecstasy) and possession with intent of THC oil.
In the second case, sheriff's office agents arrested James E. Foster, 30, of Douglasville, on Sept. 20 for multiple counts of selling marijuana and cocaine.
The sheriff's office said Foster sold illegal narcotics to undercover agents during the month of September. Agents executed a search warrant at Foster's Douglasville home and a business address he is associated with on Fairburn Road.
