• C.H. Guenther buys House-Autry Mills (bakingbusiness.com) — House-Autry's manufacturing plant in Hogansville is now part of C.H. Guenther & Son after the Texas-based food company acquired House-Autry Mills. The deal links two long-established baking and grain brands, with CHG saying House-Autry's Southern-style mixes and custom dry-mix capabilities will expand its reach and innovation across foodservice, private label, and retail markets.
