The Buford school system's superintendent, Geye Hamby, resigned on Friday amid allegations he made racist comments towards black people which were captured on audio. He's alleged have said he wanted to kill black construction workers he was angry at, reports say, as well as a repeated racial slur.

Shooting Victim Survived 'Concentration Camp' In Bosnia: Family
Snellville police have filed murder charges against Troy Hunte, the accused in a deadly Walmart parking lot shooting on Sunday. The victim, a Bosnian refugee, survived a concentration camp during the Bosnian War, his family says, and "was a selfless character with one of the purest hearts."
