Cobb Names Customer Service Specialist of the Year

James Zimmerman is responsible for the maintenance and custodial needs of all the county buildings on Marietta Square.

Cobb County named James Zimmerman the 2011 Customer Service Specialist of the Year for his dedication to outstanding customer service.

Zimmerman works in the Property Management Department and is responsible for the maintenance and custodial needs of the county buildings on Marietta Square, including the Superior Court building and three parking decks.

Each year the Customer Service Council selects one winner and two finalists for the pool of quarterly winners who are nominated throughout the year.

Finalists this year were Emily Keener from State Court and Randy Copeland from Cobb Public Library System.
