Roswell Street Improvements Begin
Improvements include completion of Joe Mack Wilson Park, landscaping, decorative lights, brick sidewalks, replacing bus stops with a central transit center and repaving the roadway.
The broke ground Friday on the final beautification project for one of the major corridors leading into downtown.
Improvements to Roswell Street from Fairground Street to Waddell Street are expected to take nine months and include:
- Completion of Joe Mack Wilson Park
- Landscaping
- Decorative lights
- Brick sidewalks
- Replacing bus stops with central transit center
- Repaving and restriping roadway
