Observed a crack at the back door large enough to see sunlight.

Remarks: Observed two opened bags of uncooked breaded chicken stored in the ice cream cooler. The chicken was stored directly beside the ice cream. Had the kitchen manager remove breaded chicken and place it in correct storage area. Observed a heavy black mold like substance located in the upper element of the ice machine where the ice is released. Observed 3 containers of cooked clam chowder soup cooling in the walk in cooler over 2 hours with a temperature higher than 70F. Observed containers of soup (clam chowder) in thick masses stacked and tightly covered cooling in the walk in cooler. Soups were discarded. Observed several pans stored clean wet. Observed several in-use metal containers stored clean in the dish area with leftover food debris and splatter on the outer areas.
