South Cobb spent two days at Lassiter High School at the Georgia 7-on-7 Invitational.
Sixteen high school football teams from four states took part in the Georgia 7-on-7 Invitational at Lassiter High School this weekend.
Not only was the tournament a good warm up for full-pads practice, which begins in August, but the winner also qualified for the National Select 7-on-7 Invitation in Hoover, Ala. next week.
Lassiter won the event in a double-overtime thriller, beating Flowery Branch, 37-36.
