State Rep and Community Leader To Hold Scholarship Forum Tonight
Check out tonight's scholarship forum for tips and information for your college-bound student.
Rep. Alisha T. Morgan (D-Austell) and Monica Delancy, a South Cobb parent, have partnered up for a scholarship forum at the from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. today.
This workshop is for middle school students, high school students and adults who are interested in pursuing higher education. At the workshop, attendees will learn the basics of finding scholarships and grants and of navigating the financial aid process. A representative from Georgia College 411 will be present to answer questions about the HOPE scholarship and other scholarship programs. Everyone is invited and encouraged to attend, including parents who want to learn how to make their children's college education more affordable.
