About Faith Community Homes
Faith Community Homes assists low-income, working-poor families in and around the Arlington Heights, Illinois, area. Our mission: Strengthening northwest suburban families to achieve financial stability and independence through mentoring, rental assistance and support services.
Faith Community Homes offers a core program for low income, working families. The program seeks to establish or strengthen knowledge of sound financial principles and career advancement skills. The two-year program aims to provide participants with the right tools to cultivate the proper mindset to make better choices for themselves and their families. Every member of our team is focused on building the overall confidence of the head of each household we support. In doing so, we have seen a high rate of success exhibited in those who successfully complete our program.
Faith Community Homes is a charitable, non-profit 501(c)3 organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors and staffed by professionals knowledgeable in the areas of poverty, housing and social service.
