LGBTQ+ Flag Ripped Off Home: Arlington Heights PD Blotter
The flag, which was mounted on a wooden shutter, was taken down and thrown on a lawn, according to police.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Kamal F. Abdelkoui, 65, is accused of disorderly conduct, and was arrested Feb. 21 at Trader Joe's, 17 W. Rand Road. He was released and assigned a court date of Feb. 12.
PROSTITUTION

- Kylee M. Audrain, 24, is accused of prostitution, and was arrested Feb. 16, in the 3700 block of N. Wilke Road. She was released and assigned a court date of March 22.
- Michelle Yvonne Audrain, 53, is accused of prostitution, and was arrested Feb. 16 in the 3700 block of N. Wilke Road. She was released and assigned a March 22 court date.
DRIVING ON A SUSPENDED/REVOKED LICENSE
Carice A. Keefe, 53, is accused of driving on a suspended license, fleeing or eluding a peace officer, and was arrested Feb. 19 in the 200 block of E. Seegers Road. They were released and assigned a court date of March 25.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
John P. Levine, 33, is accused of criminal damage to property, resisting a peace officer, and was arrested Feb. 21 in the 1600 block of Highland Avenue. He was released and assigned a court date of March 22.
DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE
Armen B. Muradyan, 44, is accused of driving under the influence of alcohol, DUI alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration level of .08 or more, and was arrested Feb. 18 in the 1900 block of S. Arlington Heights Road. They were released and assigned a court date of Feb. 25.

INCIDENTS
RETAIL THEFT
- An employee at Dick's Sporting Goods, 401 E. Palatine Road, reported at 3:27 p.m. Feb. 12, someone stole two Nike jackets, valued at approximately $250. The subject was described as a white male, with a dark-colored beard, wearing a white baseball cap, white long sleeve shirt, light brown vest, light blue jeans, and brown and white shoes. The subject left in a black Cadillac SUV.
- An employee at Kohl's, 800 W. Dundee Road, called police at 4:21 p.m. Feb. 12, to report a man stole approximately $920 worth of various items. The subject was described as 40 to 49 years old, 5-foot-10, approximately 190 pounds, with short black hair, wearing black clothing, a medical mask and grey colored gloves.
- An employee at Kohl's, 800 W. Dundee Road, called police at 7:44 p.m. Feb. 13, to report someone stole approximately $560 worth of women’s fragrances. The subject was described as a white female, 40 to 45 years old, 5-foot-8 approximately 160 pounds, blonde hair, wearing a red Kansas City Chiefs shirt and black jacket.
- An employee at Dick's Sporting Goods, 401 E. Palatine Road reported that between 7:30 and 7:52 p.m. Feb. 16, someone stole a Rawlings baseball glove valued at $299. The subject was described as a black male, 30 to 40 years old, wearing a black coat, camo pants and black hat. The subject was accompanied by a 7 to 8-year-old child wearing a gray hoodie, black jacket and black shoes. The subject left in an older model red pickup truck.
CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
A resident in the 900 block of W. Braeside Drive reported at 6:04 p.m. Feb. 18, two males ripped his LGBTQ+ flag down, which was mounted on a wooden shutter, and threw it on the lawn. The actions caused damage to the shutter. One was wearing a light colored sweatshirt and jeans. The other was wearing a black sweatshirt, black pants and white shoes.
