This progressive 6 week introductory course is designed for students new to yoga to explore the basics, develop strength, balance, and flexibility and experience the peace of mind yoga promises. In this class you will cover all the fundamental poses, diaphragmatic breathing, grounding, alignment, meditation, the energy body and some of the rich history and tradition of yoga. Registration required.
$90/series. No passes or drop-ins.
Monday Evenings 7:30-8:45 pm with Laura Jane
2 Sessions: 9/12-10/17 and 10/24-11/28.

Saturday afternoons 12:30-1:45pm with J. Michael
No drop-ins. 2 Sessions: 9/10-10/15 and 10/22-11/26.
