Military Style Fitness and Self Defense Training

This class is equal parts fitness training and self defense, a great program to get in shape for summer fun and feel confident that you can remain safe. Mr. Randy Stigall has  over 30 years experience teaching martial arts. No uniform is required but students should plan to wear comfortable, loose-fittiing clothing to class. Classes are ongoing and students may enroll at any time. Students can attend one or two classes per week as they wish.
