On Thursday, July 16, 2020, the contractor will be installing sub-drain under W. 22nd street between Tremont and Franklin streets.
The street is tentatively scheduled to open back to traffic the week of August 3.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Cedar Falls Committee of the Whole meeting and City Council meeting taking place on July 6.
The Cedar Falls Recreation and Fitness Center will be reopening on Monday, July 6.
The closure is expected to last six (6) weeks and be complete by August 28, 2020.
The Cedar Falls Public Library will be open for browsing by appointment only beginning Monday, July 6.
As in all work zones, drivers should stay alert, allow ample space between vehicles, and wear seat belts.
The City will release an updated press release with information on a reopening date for these facilities in the future.
