Heat Advisory: Hour-by-Hour to 'Feels Like' 104 Degrees

Avoid time outdoors and drink lots of water. A heat advisory and air quality alert in place for the region Sunday.

Sunday may be our hottest day so far this year. The National Weather Service has issued a heat advisory from 1-8 p.m. Sunday.

The heat index, or “feels like” temperature, is expected to head over 100 degrees early this afternoon and maintain those dangerous temps until nightfall.

There’s also an air quality alert Sunday for the region.
