Bowie Man Dies in DC Stabbing: Police

A Bowie man found in Northeast Washington suffering from stab wounds died from his injuries, authorities say.

Police say Stephon Demarrio Clark, 24, of Bowie was pronounced dead at an area hospital Friday afternoon.

Officers first received a report about 12:30 p.m. of a stabbing at the intersection of 18th Street and H Street NE. Police were also sent to the 400 block of Oklahoma Ave. NE for a report of a stabbing victim, which is where they found Clark, police told WJLA.

Clark had multiple stab wounds at the Oklahoma Avenue location.

Authorities have not said what led to Clark’s stabbing or if suspects have been identified.
