Indecent Exposure in Columbia: Police
This was the third indecent exposure reported in Columbia in two weeks.
A pedestrian in Columbia was the victim of indecent exposure Wednesday, according to the Howard County Police Department.
At 3:52 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 2, a woman was walking on Dasher Court at Oakland Mills Road when she saw a man exposing himself, police said.

The suspect was described as an Hispanic man in his late thirties. Police said he had short dark hair, was approximately 5 feet tall and was wearing a green shirt and jeans.

A juvenile reported an Hispanic man with curly hair flashed her outside her kitchen window and knocked on the door on Tamar Drive at 8:41 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 26.
Police said the prevous week, woman was walking in the parking lot in the 10300 block of Little Patuxent Parkway at 3:47 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 19, when an Hispanic man in his mid twenties approached her in a light gray/blue SUV and asked for directions, then exposed himself and left.
Police said that it is unclear if the incidents are related.
“Detectives always look into similarities in cases; however, that determination has not been made in this instance,” Lori Boone, spokeswoman for the Howard County Police Department, said.
