Clarksburg Man Found Guilty Of Germantown Murder
A jury found Furl John Williams guilty of a 2017 murder in which a robbery turned violent.

GERMANTOWN, MD — Furl John Williams, who had been charged with two murder counts from an April 29, 2017 incident, was found guilty by a jury, according to reports. Williams, 26, faces potential life in prison without parole.
According to the investigation, Eric Anthony Lee, 23, of the 13500 block of Wood Crest Manor Way in Clarksburg, and Williams, 24, robbed two victims in the parking lot of the 12800 block of Kitchen House Way at gunpoint shortly after midnight on April 29.
"The robbery victims fled to the home where the shooting ultimately occurred," police said in the press release.

Amaru Amir Santos Johnson, 19, was killed.
Williams is set to be sentenced on Sept. 7, according to Montgomery Community Media.
