Charm City is one of the top 50 spots for the worst mosquito infestation in an annual ranking by Orkin. The cities are ranked by the number of residential and commercial mosquito treatments the company performed from April 1, 2016, to March 31, 2017.

Oriole Adam Jones Says Red Sox Fans Racially Abused Him
Orioles outfielder Adam Jones said he had a bag of peanuts thrown at him while enduring racial taunts Monday night in Boston. The Red Sox issued a public apology to Jones and the Orioles Tuesday for the hateful fan behavior. Boston Mayor Marty Walsh chided the unruly fans and Massachusetts governor Charlie Baker called the racially tinged insults shameful.
