Lowe's Grand Opening Date Is Announced In Owings Mills

The newest tenant at Mill Station will open in Owings Mills soon, according to one Baltimore County official.

OWINGS MILLS, MD — The opening date for the new Lowe's in Owings Mills has been announced. Councilman Julian Jones, whose district includes Owings Mills, reported to his constituents that the store will open by the end of the month.

It is the newest addition to Mill Station, where the Costco also opened in recent months; that store opened in October 2018.

The grand opening for Lowe's will be at 9 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 31, according to Jones.

The store is planning a soft opening on Thursday, Jan. 24. Lowe's is at 10300 Mill Run Circle.

Kimco Realty is developing Mill Station, an open-air shopping center which authorities say will encompass 640,000 square feet when it is complete.

It is located on Mill Run Circle, where the Owings Mills Mall was demolished after it locked its doors in September 2015.

Tenants already located at Mill Station are AMC Theatres, Chido's Tex-Mex Grill, Greene Turtle, Olive Garden, Red Lobster and Red Robin.

Burlington Coat Factory, Five Below, Homesense and Marshalls are expected to open by spring 2019, Baltimore County officials previously reported.
