Maryland Politicians To Attend Anti-Trump Town Hall In Silver Spring
State and federal elected officials will attend a town hall Sunday called "How the People and Congress Can Stop a Lawless President," led by the Takoma Park Mobilization, a community action group. The forum will address health care, immigration, LGBTQ protections, electoral reform and the environment, among other topics. After 825 free tickets were quickly claimed — thus "selling out" — organizers announced plans to live-stream the event.
