You could stand on a corner and look around until a restaurant sign draws you in. But we've got a better idea. Each week, Takoma Park Patch picks a great restaurant either in town or nearby that is worth checking out. Here's this week's choice:
ย โ Within seconds of entering Woodside Deli it's obvious you should go all-American: bacon, eggs, home fries, toast. The walls will tell you that much, where not an inch of space exists that isn't some tribute to Americana.
And it's darn near impossible to sit there โ various Kennedy family members looking over your shoulder, the smell of greasy bacon beckoning from the kitchen โ and not order like a truck driver after an all-night drive. If you manage to resist the temptation to overdo it, it won't be because of the prices ($5-$10 perย entrรฉe).
