10. Man Dies After Choking at Acton Restaurant
Police said they received a 911 call at about 2:20 p.m. that Wardwell was choking outside Tailgaters on Great Road. Rescue personnel found him unresponsive and performed CPR. Wardwell was transported to Emerson Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

An Acton man was charged with child pornography after allegedly paying to see children perform sex acts in the Philippines.
It was around this time Difrancesco started waving his arms around and yelling curse words. Police say he ran into the road, interfering with traffic, and shouted “F!@#$ off! I’m a grown man!” after police brought him back to the sidewalk.

A storm will dump 2-4 inches of snow on the region Thursday night and early Friday. Another storm is in the works for Sunday night, though accumulation totals were not yet available. This is on the top of the 2 feet of snow that dropped on the area earlier this week.

2. Acton Boy Puled Unconscious From Pool
Police and firefighters found the boy unconscious at about 11:30 a.m. Medical personnel revived him—the boy was crying on the ambulance ride to Boston Children’s Hospital, police said. Witnesses at the scene told police a lifeguard “acted quickly” to remove the boy from the pool. The boy lives in Acton, police said.
1. 2 Heroin Dealers Arrested in Acton
Acton residents Geoffrey Corbeil, 26, of Maple Street, and Kylie Drop, 19, of Main Street, were charged with a host of crimes. On Friday, the Acton police drug unit—along with Boxborough and Stow detectives—conducted surveillance in the area of Jones Field in Acton and saw the pair, who they suspected of selling drugs. Both were taken into custody.
