MA Weather Forecast: Cold, Rain, And Wind Incoming

A hazardous weather outlook has been issued for a possibly tumultuous Tuesday and Wednesday.

A hazardous weather outlook has been issued for all of Massachusetts as we face back-to-back days of potentially tumultuous weather. A calm looking Tuesday morning will give way to a chilly rain later tonight, and Wednesday will see a blustery cold front with possibly dangerous wind gusts. But, no snow (mostly.)

Tuesday is expected to eventually be more uncomfortable and wet than anything. It will get cold and rainy - but not cold enough for snow unless you're in very high terrains. The precipitation will start around 4 p.m. and last through the evening. There will also by locally dense fog.

Wednesday will see more showers, eventually more cold, and very blustery conditions. A wind advisory may come into play for Wednesday into the evening, as maximum gusts will surpass 40 miles per hour in nearly all of the state. You can see the winds increasing and temperatures dropping in the images below.

It's not all bad news for Wednesday. The afternoon highs are going to spark a bit of hope in everyone: Forecasters are calling for temperatures in the high 60s before the cold front moves in and drastically changes things.
