VIDEO: Burlington High Fitness Center Named in Memory of Jim and Mary Trentini

Last week's Burlington School Committee began with a special dedication ceremony to honor the memory of long-time coach and educator James Trentini, who, along with his beloved wife Mary, tragically perished in the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.

School officials, family members, friends and former colleagues gathered at the high school to formally dedicate and rename the school's fitness center as the Jim and Mary Trentini Fitness Center. Many spoke of the deep loss felt by the passing of Jim and Mary and highlighted the memories they share of the couple who dedicated their lives to education and the betterment of students, both on and off the field.
