Couple Indicted In Cape Cod Man's Murder

A man and his girlfriend have been charged in the death of the man's father, whose body was found in Plymouth last December.

MASHPEE, MA – A couple has been indicted in connection with the death of a Mashpee man late last year. Eli Perry, 38, and his girlfriend, 30-year-old Paige Malone, are charged in the killing of Perry's father, Raymond.

Perry faces charges of first-degree murder and aggravated assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon on a person 60 or older, the Cape Cod Times reported. Malone has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder and unlawful disposal of a human body.

The body of 65-year-old Raymond Perry was found in December near the Plymouth-Carver line, over two weeks after he was reported missing. He was hidden under a pile of mulch at a Plymouth farm, and his hands and feet had been bound with zip ties, according to the Times. The body was found lying on a rug that came from his home in Mashpee.
