Bay State Teen Arrested in NH for Reckless Operation: State Police

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested by the New Hampshire State Police recently.

Andrew Saulnier, 27, of Worcester, MA, was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle after an alleged incident on I-95 North in Greenland.

Daniel Carter, 30, of Taunton, MA, was arrested at 6:02 p.m. on Feb. 19, 2017, for endangering welfare of a child after an alleged incident at Cannon Mountain in Franconia.

Orlando Hernandez, 34, of Lowell, MA, was arrested at 6:59 p.m. on Feb. 16, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana after an alleged incident on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Stephen Bretti, 22, of Attleboro, MA, was arrested at 10:35 p.m. on Feb. 10, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana after an alleged incident on Route 16 in Wakefield.

Kavin Gallaway, 28, of Peabody, MA, was arrested at 6:59 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2017, for DUI and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle. Andrew Curran, 28, of Danvers, was also charged with possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. They were arrested on Route 16 in Ossipee.

Patrice Smith, 48, of Cohasset, MA, was arrested at 7:09 p.m. on Feb. 21, 2017, for operating after suspension after an alleged incident on I-93 North in Thornton.

Duc Vo, 31, of Quincy, MA, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 18, 2017, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana after an alleged incident on Route 2 in Randolph.

Kirk Piedra, 39, of Nantucket, MA, was arrested at 10:34 p.m. on Feb. 14, 2017, for reckless operation after an alleged incident on I-93 in Holderness.

Taylor Bernhard, 20, of Plainville, MA, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on Feb. 10, 2017, for transporting alcohol by a minor. Also charged was Jeremy Healy, 20, of Wrentham, MA, for unlawful possession. They were charged after an alleged incident on I-93 North near the Ashland Bridge in Ashland.

Noah Garberg, 18, of Lexington, MA, was arrested at 9 a.m. on Feb. 5, 2017, for reckless operation after an alleged incident on I-93 North near Exit 29 in Thornton.

Patrick White, 26, of Brockton, MA, was arrested at 11:31 p.m. on Feb. 4, 2017, for aggravated DUI 0.16+ and DUI after an alleged incident on Holderness Road by the I-93 overpass in Plymouth.
