Cast of Bob's Burgers To Cook Up Chuckles in Boston

Because drawing quickly enough to animate in front of an audience invariably causes mortal strain on even the most devoted animator’s wrist, you rarely see cartoons performed live. But those responsible for the Emmy-winning Bob’s Burgers are offering fans the next best thing.

Having already completed a successful mobile Bob’s Burgers stage show along the west coast, the cast is embarking on another eight-date tour in March, which arrives at the Orpheum Theatre on the 28th of that month. Voice acting legend H. Jon Benjamin will be joined by Kristen Schaal, Dan Mintz, John Roberts, creator Loren Bouchard, and Lexington High School’s least polarizing celebrity alumnus, Eugene Mirman. The event includes stand-up sets, a Q/A session, and an in-character table reading, which sounds like a recipe for a scrumptious fan convention/comedy show hybrid.
