Dog Reunited With Family After Stolen Car Recovered

Nemo the dog is back safe with his family after the car he was in was stolen, then recovered in Lynn Sunday, WHDH reports.

The car was stolen in Medford Sunday when John Oliveria, who was dog-sitting Nemo, left his girlfriend’s mother’s dog in the car when he ran into work for a minute. He left the windows down and the car running while he ran inside to grab something. When he came out, the car, and Nemo, were gone.

The car was recovered later in Lynn, with Nemo safe in the backseat. Just $3 in quarters appeared to be missing from the car.
